RD or ND with JIT ?

I want to know whether i should compare RD or ND with JIT
to see whether i can do enquiry ?

Guru's please advice..
 
I think it is ND. My RD is 10/26/2001 and ND is 11/17/2001. I got replies from BCIS for my status enquiry saying JIT is 11/16 and my case was filed on 11/17 though RD is 10/26.

Obviously, someone or the other at BCIS is always taking perverse pleasure in citing reasons that they obviously make up. The notice date is when they finally found the time to act on acknowledging your application. They are required to go by RD, but use ND whenever it is convenient.

I will talk to a few people locally in the I-485 boat and see if we can move an effort to actually document these experiences and produce a damning enough document of inefficiency and resultant rampant abuse of civil rights that may perhaps be used someday to help people like us.

This is only an idea currently, so no promises yet. However I am fed up of being at the mercy of these folks, so you may say I have motivation!
 
In a diabolical twist of grammar, the JIT says now processing cases receipted...

WTF is 'recipted'? Received? or when receipt was printed (ie ND)?
