RD on AVM differs from RD on the receipt notice.

Hi All,

I got my receipt notice for I485, it has the Receipt date 08/27 when called, the CSC AVM says "the application for .....was received on 09/23". Is this normal.

That\'s what happenes

That\'s how long CSC is taking to put your application into their system. the receipt date you have is RD and the date in INS AVM is ND.

You applied for I-140 in both EB-2 and EB-3. Did you submit original LC for EB-2 and a copy (let me know if it was notrized)for EB-3. Did you submit additional documents to link these two application.
