RD Oct 2002 - NO 2 FP, RFEE

Hi all,

MY RD Oct 2002, I FP DEC 2002 , I EAD NOV 2002 , 2 EAD NOV 2003.
Yet No 2nd FP, No RFEE. any one on the same boat?Is there resond to be woried?. :confused:

I have Oct 2002 RD and nothing has changed online or get anything such as 2nd FP or REF from INS. My observation is that INS did issue REFs for some OCT 2002 RD filers back on May this year when they used contractors to screen all I-485 before Jan, 2003 RD. I hope tjat we are those who passed these screenings without issuing REF. Judging by those who get approval for Oct 2002 RD recently, they are either approved without REF or with REF issued back in April or May time frame. Anyway, this is my two-cents opinion. But end is near !
I can see the light at end of tunnel and hope that is not a train!

My ND is also October 2002. had not heard anything. No second FP, no REF. I applied my 3rd EAD this month even I do not need it ( still keeping my H1B), hope it may trigger a REF or FP. There is nothing we can do about it.

My case is pretty similar to you guys too. Status has not changed from the day 1. First FP was done in Dec 2002 but never heard anything back after that. I'm still using H-1.

Hope that we hear something soon.

Thank you guys for the input.

And I forgot to say that my online status has not cahnged from day one"it takes 560 - 600 days bla bla.."
My only concern is that people filed after us got RFE, 2 FP.so is there some
set of files left behind?.
Let us hope for the best. :(

Same Boat...

Only difference is my online Status changed in Nov 2003 to

"On July x the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."

And in June 17th 2004 My case Last updated date changed , Thats because I called in and requested for a change of address.

Still waiting for 2nd FP.. and later..

Did three EAD's and Two AP's
 
I'm in the same boat. No 2nd FP, no RFE. I applied EAP/AP 12/03 and they were approved on 2/04. I'm still using H1B and will apply for extension next month - hope this will trigger something. Online status saying my file was last touched on 1/03. :confused:
