Optimistic: Today
Pessimistic: October

I think November would be your month. Going by the current trend, August would take till end of September, September in October/November and October in November/December. This is a pessimistic scenario.

you can expect in September - REALISTIC

AUG - will be done by TOPS next week or so....
SEPTEMBER - should not take more than a month , not many applications. ( SEP be will be done in AUG)
OCT will be started in SEPTEMBER ...good luck

you never now INS many start parallel processing of SEP & OCT next month.
