RD Nov 2002 RFE issued

I received an RFE yesterday. I do not know the details yet. May be my lawyer will receive it. I was hoping for an approval after seeing the last updated date in my portfolio changing from 4/9 to 4/19 to 5/14.

FP1 Feb 14th 2003
RFE - May 13th 2004

I765 details
EAD 1 - AD June 12, 2003
EAD 2 - RD FEB 11th, 2004.

My "last updated" column was also changing from 4/28/04 to 5/10 and then it stopped changing..
But no RFE or anything.. still the same old message.. :"FP1.."

Does it mean our case is moving or it was just bcos our EAD and AP recently got approved and thats why there is an last update date??..
 
if your last updated date is changing on 485 then i think definitely they are working on your case towards approval ( or RFE in some unfortunate cases like mine).
 
As I said earlier, ours changed (last update date) from 3/19/2003 to 4/28/2004 and then to 5/10/2004. (with NO status change --was yours also like that?).

Are you sure it is not bcos of our EAD and AP applications that our 485 got revisited by that officer approving our EAD/AP...

or, you really think that there is a movement in our I485?.

Yes, Mine was exactly like that. The last updated date in my portfolio nex to the 485 EAC number changed three times with no status change or E-mail until the RFE was issued. Then i got an email from USCIS.
 
My lawyer received the RFE yesterday. RFE was for my wife's medical. She could not take some shots because she was pregnant when we did medicals.
