Rd, Nd When?

My lawyer has just send my I-485 application.
When would I get my RD and ND?

If INS receives my application in the mail today.
Would that be my RD or ND?

Would I get my EAD, 180 days from RD or ND or would
it be 180 days from date sent?

The day INS physically receives your application is your RD. The day when they enter it into their system is your ND. Due to mailroom problems there are delays in getting receipts. Visit http://www.infitime.com for receipt tracking. Also processing time for EAD is 90 days and AP is even faster then that.

AP=Advance Parole, correct?
If we can get a EAD is 90 days, what is this 180 day rule then?
Also, if we prove that the courier delivered the 485 application on a certain date, would that be my RD?
