My lawyers told me that they have applied for I-485 on Aug 2nd. I have not received RD or ND. Anybody else having the same problem . My priority date was Aug 3rd 1999 in EB3 category .
My attorney said it should take 6 to 8 weeks to receive RD and ND
It is almost 8 weeks and didn\'t receive anything yet. Our check for
I-485 was encashed on 10/5/2001, but the check for EAD was not encashed yet.
