I learn that if the marriage is less than 6 month before I485 , the case will be returned to local INS. Our wedding date is Jan 2002 but I was leaving with my wife for more than four years and we have one daughter age 18mm and son age 2mm. Do I need more proof than having two kids? If so what do you advice me to get ready before interview if it happens...

I don't believe the INS goes by evidence such as two kids etc. Unfortunately this is not a scene from "nine months". If you married 6 months before I 485 then that's the evidence that InS will look at. INS rules are pretty much from the 18th and 19th centuries. Cohabitation doesn't work with them-
