It might be a good idea to ask IIO to confirm your category. In my case, they had incorrectly put me under EB3, but after I told them about my approved EB2 I140 they immediately corrected the mistake and approved.

Just now i checked with IIO and she told me that my case has been approved today moring.

I think, you guys shud constantly bug IIOs, I think they have pretty much wrapped up entire AUG/SEP cases. It makes me nervous to see you guys still hanging there. My PD:7/97,ND is 2/00, EB3 and I started to get feeling that my case will get approved pretty soon.
