Hi guys,

I am new here, so I am not sure about the terminology. Could someone kindly explain RD? ND? AD?

Thank you so much.

RD: Receive Date-The day application is received by BCIS

ND: Notice Date-The day your case is entered into the system and you are assigned a case no.

AD: Approval Date-The Day your case is approved

RD and ND - BCIS will offically notify your attorney with Notice of Action documents and you will find Notice date and Receive Date in the dcument .

AD - Approval date - It is the date on which BCIS approved your application ( I-140. I- 485 etc...)
