Friends,

I-485 Application for me and my family is approved , and we got our
Passports stamped at Newark(Broad Street,NJ) .
I thank everyone who is participating on this informative forum and
helping each other in this period of lo…ng ,tiring and frustrating wait . Special thanks to Mr.
Rajiv Khanna , for providing us a platform to voice our opinions and share experiences .
I wish every one who is waiting, a speedy approval, and yes there is a
light at the end of the tunnel – so just hang in there and you will be there soon .

Hi,
Congratulations!,
I have one question. Did you have original approval notice or courtsey copy?

My lawyer did not receive original notice and it is almost 13 days, though I received cortsey copy.

I got stamping done using courtsey copy . However I did get original approval notices from the lawyer after stamping .

What documents did you take. What questions did they ask you. Can you give us some insight if you have not done it already.

Our cases are approved today and i am looking for info on the stamping process.

I also got a letter on Friday Sept, 24 from USCIS saying "case is pending due to service consideration".

Does this mean that my case will be approved in one week span.

I cannot predict your approval but do wish you a speedy approval . After , I replied to RFE ,initiated enquiry since the approval dates shown on USCIS websites were >30 days frm may2002 . I think that inquiry ,may be the reason of my relatively quick approval after RFE.
