RD March 2003 got email noticing for RFE

My son’s ND is 4/2003.
Yesterday we received same e-mail ” On October 7, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case……” and actual RFE (blue) notice by mail. They requested the usual: medical and a new bio form.

RD Feb 2003 Notice for RFE

I got my RFI today req my medical but the letter says must use I 639 revision Nov 16, 2005.I checked on the web the latest form available is from sept 16 2005 and tahts the one the physicians are using I checked with many offices
called immigration as well they said we can use the old form as its unlikely that they will have a revision of the current form
Any one else had the the same letter especially who had RFI mailed on the 7 oct
also i had the same thing happen the LUD has changed but the status notice is the same
any advise
today is my first day on the forum

I got the same e-mail and the same date but Excuseme.... this request is for RFE or RFI? I thing is for RFI only, request for RFE should to say 'Further evidence' I'm right?

I also received the same email today, but haven't got the actual letter in the mail. Is this a sign that we are really close to getting our GC's? If anyone has any idea please let me know.
