Called IIO many times

I called them many times and all I hear is that it is still pending. Can't understand the queues they are working of.

same boat

I am in the same boat, and god damn INS. I called them today, they told me my Received In date is in August, and they are working on case before August 1st, and mine is next group, when I asked how long will take for my turn, the damn IIO told me normally the case took 12 months to 18 month. I faint!!!!!
