And it is my turn to say.. I got approved today. I am not partying, since my wife\'s not approved yet, and she was pregnant during the medical exams; guessing it could be an RFE for her. But will check with INS tomorrow.

Just wanted to post ASAP, so that you guys know VSC is processing cases in a fairly good pace. And here are my details:
RD : June 18
ND: Aug 10
EAC-01-243-xxxx
EB2; India
AD: Feb 25, 2002! (checked AVM at 5.20pm - Belal: I think we were racing for that open phone slot)
Wife\'s : Still waiting (AVM says \'on dec 31st received FP...\')
Will let you all know when her\'s get approved too.
 
Same Situation

Bob, can you let me know about your wife\'s case. Actually my wife was also pregnant at the time of filing and both of us didn\'t receive any vaccination. But the doctor mentioned \'Vaccination current as per age group\'. So I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Can you tell me what was mentioned on yours and your wife medical records
 
But INS says "They work on April 2001 case". Please post your detail information, thanks.

 
 
Which state are you from?

My case is very very close to yours. RD:6/18, ND: 8/10, EAC-01-243-5*,
EB2. I checked AVM today and it has not been approved yet. I am living in MA and I am wondering if that could make any difference.
