RD July 2002. No FP?

Hi!

My RD is July 2002 and haven't received FP yet. is there anybody with RD on or before july 2002, in the same situation?

I think leftover cases from 2002 inlcluding July ones are eating dust somewhere in Texas, the great state of USA.

contacted CIS?

did anybody try to contact CIS? When I contacted, they say, they are processing May 2002 cases and I have to wait for my turn.
