Are there any July 2001 filers still pending. Although I received a RFE and responded by Sep 2002. Have not heard anything back. Meanwhile I have decided to take a position with my client as a permanent employee using the AC21 law. Any of you folks forsee problems in doing so? And why it is taking this long to make a decision on my case.

Indyl, why don't you try contacting your local senator? If you search this forum, you'll find many age-old cases been approved after contacting senators. And yours is certainly old enough!
