Just heard that both my wife's and my cases were approved last week. A long story: NIW case, no RFE, no interviews. RD: Jan/2002, FP1: April/2002, FP2: Nov/2003, Approval: April/2004.
Went VSC personally several times(useless, live in Vermont) and contact senator several times(useless). Recently applied the third EAD, which may triggered the final approval.......
