Around 2 months back I heard about this site and found this forum very informative and usefull .. after being a silent user for quite some time .. I would like to contribute and I hope to see responses and communicate with all..

In less than 3 months more by Aug 2003 my FP will expire ..Hope the boat sails smooth to the end for all of us waiting for a crazy long time ...

One major concern my salary has fallen down to less than half from 85 K as of last year to 40 K this year ... will that be a problem .. will I get a RFE ?

What is the decision factor for a RFE, any thoughts ??

I saw postings in this forum who got approved with substantial salary difference between that state in LC/485 and the current salary. I guess having a job is the main thing for getting approval.

Some of the triggering points are

1. your bad luck
2. change of address
3. change of Attorney

Regrading change of address, I have not changed address since the day I cam here .. however my attorney has just changed his address and all feeback goes to him, will his change of address affect the process ??
