RD Feb 2002 approved today

Wish all those who are waiting be approved soon, especially the 2001 and early 2002 filers.

Here are my details

RD: Feb 6, 2002
ND: Feb 21, 2002
FP1: April 6, 2002
FP2: Oct 15, 2003 (Self)
May 7, 2004 (Spouse)
AR-11: Filed in June 2003 (Moved from Dallas to Los Angeles)
Changed Employer 2 years after filing 485.
3 EADs and 3 APs.
No RFE

AD: Aug, 19, 2004
 
Received our approval notices in the mail yesterday (Aug 25, 2004).
Anyone having stamped their passport in Los Angeles Downtown office. Can we go without an appointment.

Why do you want to go without infopass appointment; Appointment is very convinient.

I don't know, if they allow you without making you stand in line outside -for a passport stamping. Nevertheless, for all other purposes, it's hell out there with huge lines backing up for hours together out side the building.

Take infopass, be there about 15-30 minutes before your appointment; less hassle .

Got our Passports Stamped today morning at the Los Angeles Downtown Office.

Once again... Wishing all the 2001 and early 2002 filers speedy approvals.

Congratulations!
Did you do your FP2 in Los Angeles? Did TSC schedule your FP in Los Angeles for you or it was scheduled in Dallas and you just went to LA instead?

My FP2 was scheduled in Dallas inspite of the fact that INS had my updated Los Angeles Address 4 months before that. I went to the local ASC in Los Angeles and got it done.
