RD Feb 11 2003 Approved

Hello All,

Our 485 applications were approved on July 19 and we got the approval notices yesterday. I checked my LUD last night and it is July 22 - I guess that's when they mailed out the notice(although the online case status said they'd mailed out the notice on July 19).

Details:

PD: March 2001, EB2, RIR, VSC
Non-concurrent filing, I140 filed April 2002, approved Sep 2002
I485 filed Feb 11, 2003, ND April 30, 2003, FP done May 2003, NO RFEs, AD July 19, 2004.

(The 485 receipt notice says Received Date is Feb 11, 2003, but the approval notice says Receipt date is March 5, 2003)

whenever u file for 485 or other forms

u are given RD-received Date and then ND-Notice date.
when this application is approved,
the previous ND becomes the receipt date and ur approval date becomes the new notice date
