I see a steady stream of approvals/rfe's for March, April and some for May 02 as well for the past few weeks. Is NSC giving Feb 02 a slip. My lin is lin02133xxxxx.

I am sure there are a lot of people in the same boat as me. Does anybody know when NSC is going to shed light on the poor souls of Feb 02??
 
Some people from 2001 are in fact still waiting. Only hope is to fight with Rajiv in the lawsuit, for everyone of us.

Is there bunch of people of 2001 that still haven't gotten RFE? I doubt. For our Feb/2002 filers, 2/3 still have not.

I wrote to Senator Campbell last week and got a reply yesterday saying he'll let me know when he get any response from NSC. Hope it will do something.

My other dates are same, except FP1-may'02, and FP2 - done March'04 (but my dependents had FP2 in Dec'03)

It looks that our cases are going the same way:)

Just following rupnet, it looks like RFEs are issued for RD Feb-May'02. Hopefully our turn is approaching.
