RD Dec,1998 still Pending,Applicant collapsed.

Folks,because of I-485 pending since Dec,1998, a friend of mine collapsed this afternoon and has been taken to the hospital.He's now in stable condition.

Even according to NSC's time table, all the cases before April 1, 2000 should be approved now. What's particular about your friend's case??
