Talked with II0 3 times : Once in Dec and twice in Jan was told to wait from anywhere between 1 - 3 months ...
Never called after Jan till yesterday ...

Just go the RFE Today :

1> Employment Letter showing continued offer of eployment
   I changed jobs after 180 days so hopefully this works out ;-)
2> Proof of mothers name as it was not on my Birth Cert....

Did you or your lawyer do something to make sure that INS NSC got the I-140 from the consulate

I am asking because even my I-140 was approved for Consular processing but I filed for AOS. And the IIO tells me that they are trying to link my I140 to I485. I am worried if this might take too long.
Can I do anything to expedite this thing !!!
