RFE was on salary which was 24K less on W2 than that reported while filing for labor. I was on bench for half of the year.

Actually, my I140 is pending since Aug02, and my salary is 7K less than Labour. What should I reply if I receive RFE.

My lawyer asked me for all the pay stubs since filing of labor. Also INS asked for my company's ability to pay the salary that i reported in labor. I do not know what papers they gave to the lawyer. But i can find it out.

Did you checked the status on submission of RFE and was the message similar to my case.

In my case RFE was responded on May 13, and the message says that it takes 30-360 days to process,However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message.
 
Not sure but it said something like this. We received your response on may 21st.....................................
