Hi Guys,
The following are the RFE details that was issued on Apr 19th.
1. Photocopy of personal data pages of passport, the visa on
which last eneterd US, and the latest US admission stamp
in the passport.
2. Birth certificate.
Questions:
1. I have not travelled outside US after applying I-485. I have
already submitted the copies of all the pages of passport.
Re-submitting the copies of passport should be sufficient,
right? What do you guys think?
2. Birth Certificate. At the time of filling I didn't had
Non-Availability certificate but I submitted affidavitts (2).
I have obtained Non-Availability certificate now, should I
re-submit the affidavitts along with Non-Availability
Certificate?
I will appreciate your inputs.
