NSC is moving forward. My details are:
RD is Aug 2001,
ND is Sep 2001,
LIN-01-268-XXXXX
RFE issued August 5, 2002

Lets hope we all get our approvals soon!!!
 
Neither me nor my lawyer has got anything from INS yet so I have no idea what this RFE is all about. will know in a day or 2 probably. I got to know about the RFE on AVM.

If 14 days were passed your attorney can call and talk to a IIO regarding RFE. You said your RFE was issued on August 5th, right?
