RD Aug '03 - FingerPrints

What is the usual time lag between the Receipt Date for I-485 and the letter for FingerPrints? My RD is Aug '03.

From the other posts here, the time lag seems to be 4-6 months !?

I filed concurrently and got I-140 approved this month.

Can you post detail about your case? I file also concurrently in CSC on Aug. 19th, 2003 but nothing happens to my 140 yet.

My case is EB2. How about yours?

Mine was EB2 also... Advanced Degree. Let me know if you need any other info.

It is interesting... the JIT Report says they are processing May 6th cases now... and yet I got my I-140 approved. Wonder how those dates work.
