Hang in there

I know how frustrated this can be..but hang in there we will eventually get there. Can you post how you contacted the senator email / phone ...???

Calling frequently will slow down the process?

I call every week, same old story, file is with officer.................

I see many approvals Sep, Oct and even Nov....................

What do u guys think on my case..........

Any input is appreciated

Is your case approved for CP

Some CP cases have been delayed 3 or 4 months. On the other hand some CP cases get processed within the normal time frame. God Knows what happens with our I-485's.

Is your I-40 approved for CP. Just a thought...

God Help us all to get approved soon.

Pad, Feel sorry for you buddy.. Not that I am in any better position than you. I atleast got an RFE and hoping for an aprroval. Well coming to your case, I suggest you immediately contact your attorney and have him/her contact NSC. Since they already stated in their monthly bulletin updates that they are processing 08/01/01 cases they have to give a satisfactory answer to your attorney. If they don't have your attorney contact the NSC liason and file an official request to process an overdue case. I am sure you will hear something from them by that time. I know couple of cases where the attorney contacted the NSC liasion and immediately got a response from NSC either in the form of an RFE or an approval. Good luck pal. It's time for you to act, pick up the phone and call your attorney right away!

I got email from senator's office just now stating:

***************************************************
You are currently undergoing the necessary background checks. As soon as the results of the checks are received, your applications will be adjudicated. It is difficult to tell how long that will take, but you will be notified by INS of the approval.
**********************************************

How to contact "NSC liason" Please give phone no. or email, may be I can do that.

Senators response

At least the senators office responded, now you can wait a few weeks and ask them to check the status again. Hopefully you will get approved soon. May God Bless us all who are still waiting and put an end to this waiting game.

any one see this message befor:

Online message says:
**************************************************
If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or advice from the BCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please contact the service center where you submitted your application.

It seems that this whole process depends on your luck with an officer. I bet when people are delayed, they fall victims to some bum immigration officer who can not do his or her job properly

What is this means

When I contacted senator, I got a message from them saying that

"You are currently undergoing the necessary background checks. "

What do they check?????

Any experience please post.
