I think there still should be a lot. I got stuck on the name check, but I did 2nd FP in August so I should be approved soon

How to know whether our case is struck due to name check?

Got response to my inquirey saying 'your case will be processed in 60 days ' ???. Nothing I can do except believing them.

I faxed an inquiry to the FBI and got an answer via email in about a month saying the name check is completed. Look up the fax no on this forum. I think there also was a phone you could call to and get answer immediately, but some people are saying it is disconnected.

You're lucky. Mine said that they couldn't give me any information as to when it would be completed :mad:
It was before the name check was completed though
 
You can send a Fax to 202-324-3367 and if you search on Name Check on this forum, you will find the letter format.

I am here too, I called UCIS, and get response ask me to fill AR-11 form,
while I filled before when I changed my address, fax FBI told that it is completed. don't know how long has to wait.
1st 140 (1997, 1 and half yeras denied)
2nd 140 (April 2001)
RD 2002
