RD and ND

Can you let me know how long usually does it take to get receipt after file I-140 in NSC? RD and ND should be the same day, right? My attorney mailed out my I-140 on Jan 24,2003.

Usually it takes 15 days to get the LIN# i filed it on Dec 02 and got the LIN# on DEC 17th 2002

Thanks for your reply. On your receipt, is the receipt date same day as notice date?

The receipt date shows the next day i.e DEC 03
