RD and ND

Hi guys,
   I have recently got I-485 receipt, RD is 22 May,2001 and ND is 31 Jul,2001. When I checked AVM, it says RD is 31 Jul, 2001 even though the receipt\'s received date is 22 May,2001.
1.Can anyone tell me why there is a difference in AVM RD and receipt\'s RD?
2.180 days rule starts from receipts RD or AVM RD?
3.When INS says they are processing 01OCT2000 cases, are they talking about RD or ND?

RD vs ND

1. AVM\'s RD is actually receipt\'s ND
2. 180 days start from receipt\'s RD.
3. INS processing dates are based on Receipt\'s RD.

Are you sure that ISN are based on RD and not ND, from which source you got the infomation?
