RD and ND

Hi,
I have sent my i140/485/AP/EAD last week (12/07) .I am yet to get the receipt. Checks are not cleared as well .
How long does it take for NSC to send the receipt ?

Also .Please confirm the following ->
RD->When the package reaches NSC(somebody signs and accept the package)
ND->The date when they send the receipt to the lawer.

I am in EB3 and really worried as RD needs to be before 31st .

Typically, receipt notice arrives in 2-3 weeks, so hang tight and keep watching the checks as they will get cashed anytime now, before you get the receipt. You can also call the customer service and ask them to look up by last name etc though you may have to be really persistent/lucky to get answers from them. See if you can talk with an IIO.
