We have seen in the Past that INS bungles up RD and ND, making people wait for their approval until their ND Dates are being approved.
While some get approved based on their real RD dates.
It should be a less of a problem for people filing in year 2002 as I most of the ND are not far from RDs.
My RD is Jun 28 and ND is July 2nd...
So even if they mixup both, it hsould not be a major effect..
