Finally heard the good news on AVM.:)
Cases approved today (8/2/02) for me and my wife.

RD 8/8/01
ND 9/26/01

Guys, Thanks for the wishes!

My ID in rupnet is vsc_485waiter.

One of my friends (RD in first week of Aug) called IIO 2 days back.
she said they missed some cases in Aug first week and spoke to her Supervisor and told him that she will get his case assigned to an officer. So I was also planning to call IIO on Monday to check about my case too. Luckily no need to do that now.

So my guess is most of the remaining Aug cases will be approved in next 2 weeks. If you look at Rupnet you can see that the Aug approvals are picking up in last 10 days.
