RD: 8/13/99, ND: 9/8/99, called IIO this morning

Called IIO 4 weeks ago and was told that they started to process the case the day before I called and it would take 30 to 60 days.
Today I called again and another IIO checked the case and said it\'s not even with an officer yet and it would probably take 30 days before they get to september case.
 And I said I called before and was told that they had started to process my case and then she checked again and said no, and
the first time the office probably meant they started to process my finger print ! Anybody with similar experience ?
Where is my case exactly ? Really confused here.

You will never know where is your case \'exactly\'. I too called IIO today morning (EB3, RD:8/24/99, ND:9/13/99, India) and she said they are processing Aug 15 cases and mine should be processed soon. She did not give me any range (I too did not ask. You know it is going to be pretty useless). Huh ! Hang in there and wait....
