RD 7/26/01 still no EAD - anyone else????.

I am going out of my mind and my lawyer is not willing to help with this. Is anyone else in the same boat, there are 3 members of my families all applied at the same time - and none of us have them.

You are entitled to an interim EAD

If you have not received an EAD, by law, you are entitled to an interim EAD on the 91st day from the receipt date.
