I just talked to an officer confirming my FP status. He said that the FP was scheduled on 3/8/02, but the Notice was not sent out until 3/20/20. I advised me to do the FP as soon as I receive the notice. I called my attorney and was told they have not seen the notice. There must be some thing wrong with INS\'s mailing system.

I did not change any thing including address. The VAM was not changed at all. It was still saying "your application has been received on 7/20/01. It will take ...". It did give me any info about the FP process. I talked to an office and was told that my FP was originally scheduled on 3/8/02, but unfortunately the notice for FP was set out on 3/20/02. YIF, my attorney still has not received the notice.

No problem
Just wait, you or your attorney if recieved FP notice by next week, just go to INS along with the envelope in which the notice is sent to you. Explain the situation about dates and show them the proof that you received it very late. They will solve the problem as the mistake is on thier side. Good luck.
