As a couple of cases reported, the CSC has issued FPnotice even to EARLY MARCH 2004 applicants, but has not issued to most of JUNE 2002 applicants.

No need to get worried now. If u start worrying now then things would be really worse for u in another 2 or three years. Reserve your worries.
FPs do not matter. You will get it.
I have had two FPs so what waiting from over 2 yrs..now....

2FPS... No activity expected till the end of this year.

You are just fuming that people much later than you are getting
approved. I know how it feels. But please you don't have to make
it so obvious with your every post.
Just hang on. You will get your GC and in due time you will get
your citizenship too.
