RD 5/18 case was approved!

Finally, we got some encouraging news. One RD 5/18 case was reported to be approved, I have added it to the list. Also, I made some change so that the current processing month will show on the top of the list.

I am thinking to use a better way (Spreedsheet?) other than text file to mantain this list. If you have any idea, let me know. It must be readable at most of OS!

Spreadsheet format for sure

I would prefer a spreadsheet format since trying to sort the text one is a bit of VB exercise!
