I was relieved to hear the phone message saying \' your 485 has been approved...\'
here are my particulars:
k sri : Eb1-IN; RD 4/30/99; ND 6/1/99 FP 4/7/00 Approved 8/17/00
I had been calling almost daily in the recent past. It was frustrating to speak with the IIOs and get no clear
indication of how much longer it may take for approval. When I called on Monday this week, they said it was pending.
On tuesday they said my case was under review and it will take within 6-8 weeks. Yesterday, i.e.
thursday it was approved!
It would be helpful if the INS clearly identified the steps in the review process and have the IIOs offer better
explanations to inform the callers. Then we wouldn\'t have to keep calling them.
I would like to thank the law offices of Rajiv Khanna for maintaining this site. Many thanks to crazyboy for keeping
the tracker going and organizing the results coming out of VSC.
