RD 12/18/01, RFE Issued 06/13/03

How long does it take to receive the RFE letter?

My fingerprints expired on June 7. I hope that they waive off the second fingerprinting.

Is anybody here on the same boat -- RFE issued around the time of the first FP expiration?
