Got an RFE last month (pay stubs, tax returns and employment letter). BCIS received the documents I sent on 07/07. I don't know if I'm gonna get a 2nd FP. It's been more than 15 mos. since the last FP.

Still waiting for an approval. Taking it one day at a time! :)
 
Yeah, man, same boat. I think my fingerprints expire today as my FP date was 4/24/02 and results received on 4/26/02.
RFE for two paystubs. Response received by BCIS on 7/7. When I look back, I think it was all a sham. They just generated RFE's for some cases to show that they are "working" on it.

Count me "In da club"

It's been 3 weeks since BCIS received my RFE response, and over 16 months since my first finger-printing.

My co-worker, with a late January RD, received his second FP notice last week. There is absolute no method to BCIS's madness. They should rename BCIS to BS.

We should write to Rajiv and telling him to put this in his petition.
His petition is only for Oct, we should let him add Dec as well.
