I spoke today at 1.12pm with an IIO regarding my case status. She informed me that my case is pending, and that VSC is processing cases received around 11/15/01, and that I should hear something about my case status after 45 days.
From the info I assume that VSC is processing cases based on RD , as we had seen a few Dec ND case approvals. Hope this info is helpful for you folks.
