Hello:

I am sporadically seeing some approvals of Dec - 2002. Anyone having RD 12/04 got the FP2 notices or approvals?

Yesterday my friend got approval. He RD is in late December 2002. He did not get Second FP because as first FP was not yet expired. Attorney suggested him to go late for firrst time.
 
My received date is 12/05/02. Received FP2 notice on 6/19/04 (issued on 6/15/04). The scheduled appointment was for 6/29/04. I anyway went ahead and got FPed today.

BTW I've seen quite a few late Dec. 2002 approvals on rupnet lately (at least 6 or 7 if not more) and some that had RD as late as March 2003.

Even today, there's an approval posted on rupnet with a RD of 12/24/2002.

Does the lawyer also get a copy of FP2? Does your online message changed?

First a minor correction: my RD is 11/15/2002 and the ND is 12/05/2002 (not RD as I'd posted earlier).

I was first FPed on 1/17/2003 and my online message has been saying they received the results of FPing on 1/21/2003 for a while now.

Recently my LUD was change to 5/24/2004. But different people on this forum have had different experiences regarding LUD changes after FP2. So I don't know if there's a discernable pattern to these changes.

As far as I know, only the applicant receives the FP notice, the attorney does not receive anything. If I am wrong, I'm sure, someone here will correct me.

My attorney had filed G28 as my employer paid for the attorney fees etc. As far as I know my attorney never received a copy of my FP notices. *SHRUG*
 
My RD is 12/5/02 and ND is 1/5/03. My LUD is 6/14/04 but FP1 expired by that time. So, I have to wait for FP2.

Dec/Jan filers lets keep this thread running!!
 
FP2 For Secondary Applicant

Has anyone had the experience of a secondary applicant receiving FP2 notice while the primary does not? (RD - 11/2002)

Also do we need an appointment for an early FP at Boston? The notice is for 08/2004, we would like to go there this weekend
 
All dec 2002 RD guys whose FP1 got expired ( including me ) missed the boat. All have to wait for FP2. No body know when will happen. VSC is approving most cases from RD's Jan 03 or Feb 02.
 
One of friend had it that way. But they contacted CSC about it and they issued a FP2 for primary also within no time.
