RD 11/30/01 approval

I got an e-mail from rupnet.com that says "User Purna with User Id : NHMA , RD- 11/30/2001 in you RD month group Added his info with Approval Status" and i thought i'll share this info with you all.
Can Nov '01 filers count on this ?

I agree that it must be someone who don't know their RD from their ND. Why does this happen so often? Either intentionally or without knowing there is always a few people who pop up a month or two before a month really starts claiming they are approved!

By looking at the current trends, i seriously doubt the credibility of this approval from VSC without any local transfer. I'm expecting Nov approvals to pop up sometime towards the end of this month unless Magesh_KK's info of parallel processing turns out to be true.

If you look under feb 2002 on Rupnet there are couple of approvals. ???
