Congratulations !!!! If you are an Indian then You can now really enjoy your Independence from H1 along with Indian Independence Day!!

By looking at your signature, I am not sure when you actually gave your Second FP to CIS ?

My FP1 was 2003 March and FP2 is July 20 th..(After Response to RFE)
Exactly 3 weeks after FP2 They approved it

Mine is Nice story....I was laid off after Applying for 485, I did not Join any another company but requested (H1-B, 485) sponsor company to keep me active and waited for More than 6 months without Pay...
Luckily Manager whom with I was working, understood and helped to get into another project with in that company and from there no more looking backs.
In my six Years my pay stubs and w2 were so irregular...
So people stay tight if I can get GC anyone can get it...
All we have to do be patient...

Had your case been transferred to local service center or been with VSC all these times? What type of EB were you?
