My case has been approved according to AVM today. Online not yet updated. I wanted to call IIO if they have my updated address. I filed AR 11 begining of the year (I needed a reason to call !!!!). fortunately I first checked my eac # and it said approved for both me and my wife.
I never talked to IIO after I filed my GC.

RD: 11/13/2001

RFE: 03/20/2003 (EMP Letter, 2yr Tax returns)
AD: 05/07/2003

when you changed address did you move from one state to another or just moved locally.

could you let us know when the RFE reply was received by INS?

just trying to figure out how long it regularly takes to process RFE...

Hey x30, BCIS recieved my rfe on 04/22/2003, and the online was updated the same day. Today my case was approved ie 05/07. So its about 2 weeks from the date it recieved. Hope this helps.

A dumb question .. ur AD as per AVM is 5/7 .. what is the AD as per online? It should be the same .. just curious ..
