RD 11/1 RFE Case Approved !!

Hi:

I finally received the approval notice in the mail for me and my wife. The online status still not updated. It was such a relief to finally get it especially since the RFE was received on 4/25.

This is an excellent site and I would like to thank all productive participants for their advise and insight. Also, since the online status does not seem to be reilable (at least for RFE cases) please check your mailbox as there might be a surprise envelope sitting there !

I plan to go for stamping to Newark on Wednesday. Few questions -

1. Can I go with the courtesy copy for stamping?
2. Anything I need to be careful about during the stamping process?
3. A few years ago when I had gone for H1B stamping in Canada I was given a 221g stamp because I was missing a document - will that cause a problem?
4. Do I need to carry my EAD and AP (both have expired?)

Any advise would be helpful.

Congrats ani9573 on your approval. As per y'day postings I guess you can go for stamping with the courtesy copy.

I guess you are better off to take all the INS documents, including AP, EAD, I-94, and last but not the least your passport. I guess you need to surrender AP's, EAD's, I-94 to BCIS.
