RD 10 October ND 22 December?

Hi guys,
My RD is 10 Oct,2002(EAC020535XXXX) but ND is 22 Dec,2002.
However in all cases around 22Oct or even in the last week of
Oct RD, the ND I see is either last November or early December but mine is pretty late, what does this signify?

EAC number is based on ND and your as per ur EAC, ND should be somewhere in late Nov, 2001.
For Example my EAC-02-060-xxxx has ND Dec 11, 2001

My lawyer never sent me the actual RD and ND but I can see
the RD and ND on my fingerprinting Notice of action.
It says RD and Priority Date as 10th October but ND as 26th december. is this Notice date is different from ND that we actually refer. I am a little confused and worried, please reply

Your ND must be Dec 03 2001

Based on your EAC, your ND should be 12/3/2001

Your ND is for FP not for 485

The ND on your FP is for FP not for I-485. However the RD is from your I-485.

My actual ND is Dec 14 (not sure, though), EAC-02060 and FP ND was in Jan.

Bakshi,

Lawyer must send u a copy of I-485 Receipt Notice (or other future docs.) when asked.

He/she is being paid for services u r seeking. There is an obligation on lawyer's part to provide u with an updated and relevant docs. during all stages of I-485 processing.

I have done it myself if lawyer didn't do on her own due to being busy or just forgetful.
