Most likely employment RFE (My number 1 pick) in which case you would need employment letter, six months paystub, W2, company income tax for last year (get those ready). Could also be photo or medical RFE if something is missing.

You have the right to be paranoid but don't let it spoil your whole week. Let us know when you get it

Don't worry about this RFE, but prepare your employer to provide you most of the documents you will need from them.

Can you tell me did you file under EB2 or EB3?
